Hey there everyone, I hope you're doing well!
Goodness me I can't believe it was December last year that I went on hiatus! That's so wild.
I thought I should update you lot so you know what's been happening.
I finished working on the Robbie Williams movie in late March, and it was a blast. I can't wait to see the film! I'm still doing a few days on it from home here and there, just whenever they need some changes or new versions of existing things.
Then immediately after finishing work on the movie, I got contacted for a book cover. And now as of yesterday, I've been contacted for a large 13 character + background piece! And both of these jobs are due May 23rd!
It seems every time in the past month when I get prepared to open commissions, something else pops up 😅
I have however been working some more on my website and stuff, and I've mostly kept my calendar and queue up to date as well with the professional work I've been doing in case anyone was checking in.
I do really want to get back into streaming soon though, and I've been thinking for some time now that since I'm more open about my identity now, it'd be fun to try streaming on webcam!!
I just finished setting up my studio last night! The lighting probably won't look as cool when I actually stream because I typically stream during the day, but hopefully it'll still look nice! I'll still use my 3D facerig often, probably when I can't be bothered to set up the studio or if I think I look like crap that day, haha. So don't worry she's not gone forever. At least now you'll be able to see my cat Ralphie causing mayhem and being cute though instead of just hearing her be a menace!
Since I'll be working so much during the week on art, I will probably just do some small gaming streams on the weekends to get back into the swing of things first. Then after the 23rd (assuming no new work decides to pop up!) I'll probably do some streams of just personal art or do some quick live-stream only timed commissions for a week before opening back up for all commission types.
